  • One-piece box made of 2.5 mm thick galvanized steel.

  • The locking system is a white tempered steel armored rotating cylinder with 5 centimeters of key. It provides maximum security and protection against lock picking. It is an anti-drilling device because if an attempt is made to drill the lock, it rotates with the drill bit, preventing it from being forced open. The lock has been manufactured exclusively for SmartMoney with a hardness of 62 Rockwell with a very high carbon concentration.

  • The lock does not impact directly on the locking latch, it acts on a cam with three 3 millimeters anchor points of galvanized steel in the shape of an L to reinforce the folding resistance force. We increase the closing and security filters and increase the life of the lock since the opening friction is minimal.

  • Unique locking system with double security: anti-drill rotary lock and L-shaped cam. In the remote and hypothetical case that the lock could be broken, it would still be necessary to lift the 3 anchor points of the 3 mm galvanized steel bar anchored in an L-shape, which is highly improbable.

  • The cam, in turn, is anchored with bolts and shafts to the chassis to prevent the movement of the closure from affecting the special screws, forming a single solid piece with the drawer itself.

  • The SmartMoney chassis is made of a single piece of top quality DC01 LF galvanized steel, deformed by bending machine, welded with ER7S-6 premium wire with 2mm thickness and reinforcements at the door locking anchors adding up to 4mm at these critical points.

  • The DC01 LF steel of the SmartMoney chassis conforms to EN 10130 and EN 10139 standards that apply to cold rolled low carbon steel strip for drawing or cold forming. The ER7S-6 welding wire is copper-plated, especially for steel welds. It is obtained from low carbon steel. It is used for MIG MAG welding for the fabrication of metallic elements. This gives the steel chassis of the SmartMoney a one-piece solidity absolutely fixed by steel cast on steel.

  • Galvanizing the steel of the chassis and all SmartMoney parts provides corrosion and rust resistance: the zinc acts as a protective barrier, preventing oxygen and water from coming into contact with the steel and rusting it.

  • The door, also made of 2mm galvanized steel, is fixed with 6 screws to two 2.5mm steel hinges designed by SmartMoney. When the door is closed, the hinges are embedded inside the box and are inaccessible from the outside.

  • To access the interior, 2.5 mm of steel would have to be cut from the door; 2.5 mm of steel from the reinforcements and 3 mm from the lock. In total 8 mm of galvanized steel between the outside and inside of SmartMoney at the door anchors, invisible from the outside.

  • The SmartMoney has 4 metric 8 welded nuts on the base to anchor it in the space designated by the customer with 4 screws of the same metric. If the SmartMoney is anchored to the bar of a customer's restaurant, for example, the bar would have to be demolished to remove the closed drawer.

Total cleanliness inside the machine to avoid electrical failures

The entire electrical system is inserted in channels so that it is not visible, and where it is visible there is an electrical spindle to collect the cables, thus preventing contact with the metal chassis and avoiding electrical problems. This reduces the working temperature of the electrified, which, in turn, affects a stable temperature on the CPU in the drawer.
